Confirm matrix grade, process, maximum temperature, moisture, current fillers and target properties. A “best dosage” has no comparable basis without these conditions.
Build a comparable trial
- Fix raw-material batches and specimen preparation.
- Keep a blank and set a dosage gradient.
- Record properties, appearance, processing and unit cost.
- Repeat the strongest candidate.
Before production
Confirm feeding, dispersion, shear, energy, cycle time and batch consistency on actual equipment.
